Términos y condiciones

- Las comisiones puedes ser usadas y resubidas por el cliente siempre y cuando de créditos.
- Si tengo una comisión activa contigo, por favor escríbeme y si deseas actualizaciones siéntete en la libertad de preguntar y consultar. Si sientes que no estás siendo actualizado o tienes dudas CONSULTA!! Estas en toda confianza “:^)
- Si dibujo NSFW. Cuestan lo mismo que las SFW y se cotizan de la misma manera. Puedo rechazar hacer la comisión si no me siento a gusto brindando el servicio.
- Este punto suena estúpido pero: por favor, no coquetear con el dibujante y si es una comisión NSFW no tratar tópicos que no tengan que ver estrictamente con la comisión.
- No dibujo NSFW de personas reales. No.
- Tomo correcciones/cambios grandes SOLO en la etapa de boceto temprano, correcciones/cambios medianos hasta la etapa da de color base y correcciones/cambios mínimos hasta el semirender. A partir del render en adelante no habrán más cambios. Si deseas agregar algo puedes mediar conmigo y ver si es posible.
- Con referente al punto anterior. Si lo cambios o correcciones son hechos fuera de las etapas indicadas, significarán un precio extra. Varía de la magnitud del cambio, la cantidad de cambios y en la etapa donde se haya la obra.
- Objetos complejos, fondos complejos, animales complejos y personajes extras aumentan el costo de la comisión. Ten en cuenta esto al momento de ordenar.
- Tengo el derecho de rechazar el pedido por cualquier motivo (incluso si cumple con las condiciones)
- Tengo el derecho a usar lo comisionado para usarlo como parte de mi portafolio, compartirlo públicamente, etc. A menos de que el cliente haya especificado lo contrario.
- Las comisiones serán tomadas en orden de complejidad y el tiempo disponible.
- Si tú comision tiene un tiempo límite, tendrá un monto extra dependiendo de qué tan pronto sea, ya que se le dará prioridad.
- Los pagos son en dólares y serán dados antes de comenzar con la comisión.
- No hay reembolsos después de terminado el primer boceto.
- Si soy incapaz de terminar tu comisión por algún motivo, tendrás un reembolso completo.
- Los cambios al boceto son gratuitos al igual que arreglos de errores míos. Pero si son cambios muy grandes se cobrará extra. Incluyendo cualquier cambio después de pasar por la etapa de boceto.
- Cuando esté lista la comisión, recibirás: el dibujo completo por correo, una versión PNG, versión con marca de agua más pequeña para quienes lo quieran resubir o usar.
- Si deseas que tu comisión esté lista para <<ALREDEDOR>> de un umbral de tiempo y que esto sea gratuito puedes discutirlo conmigo con toda confianza a ver si llegamos a un acuerdo. Los pedidos programados (o sea, que estén para una fecha fija/tengan deadline) si serán cobrados. Esto es importante para mi ya que mi tiempo libre es muy volátil.
- Los pedidos programados deberán hacerse con MÍNIMO un (1) mes de antelación.

- Commissions can be used and reimbursed by the customer as long as he/she gives credits.
- If I have an active commission with you, please message me, and if you’d like updates, feel free to ask and check in. If you feel like you’re not being kept in the loop or have any questions, ASK!! You can trust me completely “:^)
- I do draw NSFW art. It costs the same as SFW art and is priced the same way. I may decline a commission if I don’t feel comfortable providing the service.
- This might sound silly, but: please don’t flirt with the artist, and if it’s an NSFW commission, don’t bring up topics that aren’t strictly related to the commission.
- I do not draw NSFW art of real people. No.
- I accept major corrections/changes ONLY during the early sketch stage, moderate corrections/changes up to the base color stage, and minor corrections/changes up to the semi-render stage. From the render stage onward, there will be no further changes. If you’d like to add something, you can discuss it with me to see if it’s possible.
- Regarding the previous point: If changes or corrections are made outside the specified stages, they will incur an additional fee. This fee varies depending on the scope of the change, the number of changes, and the stage the artwork is currently in.
- Complex objects, complex backgrounds, complex animals, and extra characters increase the cost of the commission. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
- I have the right to refuse the order for any reason (even if it meets the conditions).
- I have the right to use the commission to use it as part of my portfolio, share it publicly, etc. Unless otherwise specified by the client.
- Commissions will be taken in order of complexity and time available.
- If your commission has a time limit, it will have an extra amount depending on how soon it is, as it will be prioritized.
- Payments are in dollars and will be given before starting the commission.
- There are no refunds after the first sketch is finished.
- If I am unable to terminate your commission for any reason, you will get a full refund.
- Changes to the sketch are free of charge as well as fixes of my mistakes. But if they are very large changes I will charge extra. Including any changes after going through the sketch stage.
- When the commission is ready, you will receive: the full drawing by mail, PNG version, smaller watermarked version for those who want to resubmit or use it.
- If you’d like your commission to be ready “AROUND” a certain timeframe and for this to be free of charge, feel free to discuss it with me in confidence to see if we can reach an agreement. Scheduled orders (i.e., those with a fixed date or deadline) will be charged. This is important to me because my free time is very unpredictable.
- Scheduled orders must be placed at least one (1) month in advance.
